Commercial licensing

Commercial use, without the AGPL overhead.

The Commercial Use License covers internal company use by named developers. It is a plain, published grant — not a sales call and not an enterprise contract.

Buy for a team

Each named developer needs one seat. Pay the total directly, or request an invoice for any count.

1 developer · $30 5 developers · $150 10 developers · $300 25 developers · $750

How delivery works

  1. Pay the total for your developer count through PayPal, or request an invoice.
  2. Email [email protected] with the receipt or invoice number, legal entity, licensee name, and developer count.
  3. A license certificate is issued by email. The license is effective when the certificate is issued.

If a certificate cannot be issued, the payment is refunded in full.

The full terms are published. Read COMMERCIAL-LICENSE.md before paying. It covers the grant, seat definition, term, updates, warranty disclaimer, liability limit, and termination. The AGPL-3.0 remains available for anyone who does not need this license.

Common questions

Does this replace the AGPL?

No. The community edition remains AGPL-3.0. This license is a separate commercial grant for internal use. It does not remove any AGPL rights.

Is this an enterprise or OEM license?

No. It covers internal commercial use only. Embedding, redistribution, hosted services, and support commitments require separate Enterprise & OEM terms.

Is support included?

Community support through GitHub Issues only. There is no SLA, uptime commitment, or priority response in the $30 license.

Is it per developer or per company?

Per named developer, for 12 months. Teams buy one seat per developer who uses Thermal.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Email [email protected] with the legal entity, developer count, and billing contact.
